Inside Abbey Road and Google Cardboard Virtual Reality Distribution
Teaming up with Google and NME, MG carried out a promotional campaign to support the launch of the Inside Abbey Road app by demonstrating Google cardboard VS headsets and sampling NME Magazine.
Working at mainline stations, popular shopping centres, student areas across London and nine locations around the UK including Brighton, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol, we provided over fifty confident, enthusiastic and tech friendly staff to encourage the public to demo the experience and download the Inside Abbey Road app. These staff included team leaders, live demonstration staff, live actors and promotional staff to represent the brand and engage with the public in high footfall locations planned by us.
Sampling over 30,000 Google virtual reality headsets and NME magazines, we successfully increased brand awareness for the launch of the Inside Abbey road app.
